The Golden Pomfret (also known as Golden Pompano) is prized across Asian cuisines for its stunning golden-yellow appearance, broad flat body, and exceptionally tender, moist flesh. Our pomfrets are sourced from deep-sea anti-wave net cage farms, ensuring consistent quality and pristine oceanic conditions.

This fish is a nutritional powerhouse — low in fat yet rich in high-quality protein, essential minerals including calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as beneficial unsaturated fatty acids. The meat is naturally sweet with virtually no small bones, making it especially family-friendly.
